I noticed in one of the XP11 beta releases that one of the fixes in the release was to correct MD 82 Auto throttle and autopilot. I have the latest version of XP11 (11.01r2). I am not that familiar with the MD82 but have viewed videos including the rotate md 82. Anyway, why does the auto throttle disconnect after reaching target altitude. It actually does not disconnect from the switch but releases so the speed will continue up unless I manually direct the speed with throttle. If I set a new target altitude, the auto throttle re-engages. Please let me know if this is an unaddressed bug or if I am doing something wrong.
