Simulation freezing problem a second after programming the FMC

Question

I have started recently having a simulation freezing problem a second after set up/programming the FMC on any routes.
The simulation is perfectly smooth (not a single hung/freeze) before programming the FMC.
Once I programed the FMS the simulation the sim will begin completely freezing for 5 or 7 seconds every minute indefinitely. It's not at all a FPS drop (it is just perfect), it's as if the sim is completely locking up. And when I don't set/program or use the FMC, the problem doesn't appear at all.
That freezing problem occurs on all planes I am flying with a FMC (B-737 / B-777 / MD-80 / Bombardier-300 / etc).
Here I append my LOG for the CYYZ-CYQB
I have uninstalled the X-Plane 11 and reinstalled it, but in vain. The freezing issue persisted. I have no antivirus program installed, beside the Windows Defender.
What can I do to solve that freezing problem?

I don't see any obvious problems in your log.txt. You don't have any plugins installed for example. If it is so consistent, please use only a default plane & default scenery (KSEA is a good choice). Please send us a bug report here with every step you take in order to see the issue. Please try to narrow it down to as few steps as possible to see the issue as well so we can try to recreate it in the lab.
