I'm sorry but my computer is not suitable for x-plane 11.
It has a 32-bit processor and a not very powerful graphics card.
When I try to install the game, a poster appears stating that it is not possible.
Can I undo the purchase?

If you bought it on steam you can refund it even without any reason. If not then you're out of luck i guess.
