hi im just wondering if there is a company addon or a website  that tells u what to do in the plane and how to set everything up for your company. thanks.

I am not with Laminar Research, just a flight simmer.

You need to have a good read of the XP11 manual which can be found at http://x-plane.com/manuals/desktop/ in setting up x-plane.

In addition to my interpretation of your question if you look at  http://www.x-plane.com/support/manuals/ you will find pdf manuals related to the operation of 3 aircraft.
