missing several ILS's on the map

Question

I have found that there are several ILS's missing from the map.  Examples:

KCVO, KONP, KSLE, KMMV  There are even some missing at KPDX (Portland International Airport!)
The list goes on and on as I look for more I see a few, but many that should be there are not.

At first I thought this was a problem with my nav data so I purchased Navigraph, but that made no difference.

I think there is some other problem.

Sorry....it was my lack of knowledge of X-Plane....it was the "Disable downwind ILS's"
