I am unable to download the update to x-plane11

Question

I have loaded the software from dvd and set the update to run overnight.

The update failed and now, when I try again, I get a message that the computer is unable to connect to the internet even though that is not true. How can I re-set so that I can try the update again.

Have you tried to restart your computer and run the installer again?

It might be a temporary issue. How fast is your internet connection?

If you want more help from Laminar Research, you should include the installer log.txt written after attempting to update. you will find it on your desktop.
