My Professional Use Key is not being recognized. The software tells me that this is for home use only and not commercial use or something to that effect.  Why does it say that now? I was told when purchased to just plug it in and nothing else need be done. The FAA was out on Wednesday for certification of my simulator. X-Plane stopped working and would only work in Demo Mode right in the middle of a flight. I had to restart the program and I had to plug in to wifi then go on the internet to reauthorize to get it to work. Of course it did not do this at anytime in my preparation for the examination! I am using a single Projector for scenery but plan to install a Triple head toGo later, if that makes any difference. The computer recognizes when the key is plugged. But X-Plane must not be recognizing it. I am not too pleased.

I don't know whether X-Plane does it, but it should give some reasoning for such behavior in Log.txt!

We will have to look up your specific key to investigate. Please email [email protected] with only the last 8 digits of the key.
