XP11 does not close, just by windows task manager

XP11 does not close, just by the windows task manager, I bought yesterday and I'm already very sorry, my x-plane 10 was working perfectly well.

Since yesterday I can not open my XP11; what is that? Can it be from XP11-Beta-Version 11.20r3?
