Flight freezes after short time

Question

New user, Linux Mint 18.3 Mate.  X-Plane 11.11r2.

First flight. Flight froze after about 3 mins. No error. No option to send details.

I am surprised about the plugin reference as the plane is default Laminar Research.

Kindly advise what has gone wrong, and how I can fix it. Thanks.

Have you installed any custom plugins? If so, try removing them as the issue is definitely plugin related...

Thanks. No custom plugins. Only Custom Scenery which came with the download.

Should I remove /PluginAdmin, /XPLM.framework, /XPWidgets.framework and .dll files etc?
