I have no idea when this started I was using X-plane-11 with only x enviro enabled and no payware or freeware aircraft installed.I tried uninstalling X-enviro my only plugin, but this didn't change anything, the program proceeded to freeze every time I closed it. I tried deleting prefs, uninstalling, deleting the entire x plane 11 folder and reinstalling.and still with a completely fresh sim this still happened. My graphics drivers are up to date and I have just about given up.

note I'm using X-plane 11 on steam.

Attach a copy of the log.txt by using the button that looks like a landscape picture in the tool bar. It will be in:

  • Start STEAM. Goto LIBRARY.
  • Right click on X-Plane
  • Choose Properties.
  • In the rising window choose LOCAL FILES.
  • And than choose BROWSE LOCAL FILES.
  • Now you are in the X-Plane Main (Root) Folder

There was no information in the log at why this might be happening. It looked pretty clean, and it seems like you've tried pretty much everything (resetting prefs, new install, etc), so unfortunately I don't have any further suggestions or tips to try.
