What is wind gust increase? On the setting where you can edit the cloud hight and wind conditions. Can you guys please tell me. Thanks!

I think it's how high the wind can gust up to intermittently, like when you hear a weather forecast that says "X mph winds, occasionally gusting up to X mph."
