MS Sidewinder Force feedback 2 and X Plane

Question

I am new to X Plane. Switched from FSX. After setting up X Plane with this MS Sidewinder I do get issues.

Does MS Sidewinder Force feedback 2 and X Plane work together on an iMac (late 2010) OSX 10.11.5?

Hi RVG,

As far as I'm aware X-Plane should recognize the joystick axes and allow you to use to control the aircraft. You may have to play around with plugging it in before or after start in order for it to be recognized. X-Plane does not provide any support for any type of "feedback" in any joystick though.
