My Xplane 10 views are gone-how can I fix this problem?

Even though I already know how to preset views and save them, one day, it absolutely stopped. I can't set or save any preset view. What has been deleted and how can I fix it?

X-Plane uses the number pad to set and use quick looks. Please double check that you have Num Lock on first.

If that isn't the problem, you may need to try setting your preferences. I think you can just move, rename, or delete the file "X-Plane keys.prf" (found in the Output > Preferences folder) to restore defaults. See if that allows you to redo your quick looks.
