upgrade x plane 10 disk to 11

Question

Is this at all possible to get x plane 10 to 11 on the global version disk, or do i have to buy then entire game all over again. It would really suck if i had to go buy 11 even though i already have 10. Will there ever be a disk update?

X-Plane 11 will be available on disks in the future. Purchases of X-Plane 10 on DVDs are not eligible for the free copy of X-Plane 11.
