I have a X-Plane 11 and I have the Pro Flight switch panel with landing gear controls. I am using the demo until I see if everything will work. How can I get this switch panel to work? I'm running Win 7 on a laptop.

We recommend uninstalling any software the hardware manufacturer may have provided. Otherwise, double check that it has been configured. There are no default configuration files for any panels so you will need to set everything up by hand. Here is a Knowledge Base article with some troubleshooting hints.

Thanks, I have not installed any software because it didn't come with any. When I go to configuration the switch panel is not listed. My yoke and pedals show up and I have them configured. I am just having trouble with this. The computer recognizes the switch panel and doesn't show any errors in Device Manager. You can also hear the computer beep when you plug/unplug the panel. Any other suggestions? I am new to this and am trying to figure it all out. Thanks

Does the panel show up under the device drop down? Please attach a log.txt file from after quitting X-Plane with all the devices plugged in.

No it does not show up. When I plug it in the USB says it detects it and installs driver but it doesn't show up.

Not that it should matter but I am also using demo mode. I wanted to be sure it worked before I bought the full copy.

The panels aren't even showing up in the log. Not having manufacturer's software doesn't seem to help this so far, so please try downloading the latest drivers from here and let me know if that fixes it.

I have downloaded the latest drivers as well as the plugins and I get nothing. I also bought the full version of the software hoping that would make a difference. However the switch panel will not work and it seems the yoke and throttles are not working now. So far I've got some software and controls that are not worth too much.  Any suggestions.

Can you attach another copy of the log.txt showing the plugins installed? Make sure it's the 64 bit one, as X-Plane 11 is only 64 bits.

I assume this is the file you want. This is the log file within the x11 folder.

Your log shows the community made driver, not the official Saitek driver. Since you are on Windows, you can download the official driver here and see if it helps. Otherwise, I would reach out to the Xsaitekpanel plugin developer for additional help.
