As far as the XP10 or 11 licensing goes, can I or will it install it on my PC and my Mac (multiple install)?

I have two machines that I would like to install XP11 on. Also, does xp11 lic includes mobile device as well?

You can install both PC and Mac. The key will allow you to download, install, and use X-Plane only on one computer at a time. For running both PC and Mac instances of X-Plane you should buy another licence key.
