Scenery vs Cockpit motion question

Question

I have watched some YouTube videos of add on aircraft for X Plane 11 and it may be just me but it seems the cockpit moves instead of the scenery. Using the default B737 it seems the panel stays stationary and the scenery moves but some videos it looks like the panel moves. Hope I am explaining it correctly.

Different camera options have different levels of motion. Using the cinema verite option can also cause more camera "bouncing."
