Will Xplane version 10 and prior aircraft work in Xplane 11 and without question mark on startup page?

I have aircraft from prior versions of Xplane. Most from version 10

Will they work in Xplane 11? I tried to load a few but they have big question marks on the menu page and there is no picture of the aircraft

Is there going to be a conversion algorithm built in?

If the planes you imported have icons available, what you have to do is start XP11 and use the plane you want to try out.  Open the top pop-down menu and click on Developer, then "regenerate icons for current aircraft".  Then open the top menu again, click flight, then flight configuration.  If the plane had icons available, the question marks should have been replaced by the plane's icons.
