Will 3rd Party Add-ons be allowed in X-Plane 11 Steam Edition

Will I be able to install 3rd Party Add-ons, libraries, scenery, etc. (e.g. XEnviron) in X-Plane 11 Steam Edition when it releases?

Yes, I believe this will still be possible as it was in X-Plane 10. I believe installation will be slightly different between add ons purchased through Steam and freeware / other add ons.

i have purchased XPLANE11 on steam. i had a file downloaded on my destop but when i am trying to launch the xplane from this file i am receiving a message stating that this is a demo and i need a key or a DVD, BUT if i launch xplane from steam window it is working. The problem is that i can not add any add on or gey any update versions. anybody can help???
