download xplane 11 issue

Question

Hi, I just bought Xplane 11 and the download server crashes so often I'm going crazy. Is there another mirror server to connect to? I have a quite fast and very stable connection but the installer tells it would take more than 58hours only for Europe and USA sceneries. Moreover every 10mins crashes...

pls help.

Hi Matteo,

We only have the one CDN service to use. It may be limited by your location or connection. In general there is good coverage in the U.S. & Europe.

You could also try installing just the base sim with no scenery then add scenery later on so that you can get flying in the demo area (KSEA) right away at least.
