I reckon you've attempted installing multiple times? It looks as if it is a connection issue to the server. I am not sure if it had any downtime, recently, but if it may be the case, try running the installer again. If that doesn't work, make sure your internet is connected at the time of installation and ensure your firewall is not blocking the X-Plane Installer (the generic advice).
