Can you do Reverse Thurst on an A320 when landing on X-plane 10 Ipad?

When landing with the Airbus A320, for some reason, when you set a landing on a runway. You come in at high speeds for the aircraft (over 200 knots). The normal speed for an A320 is 150 knots on landing. When pilots are coming into land, to slow down the aircraft, the will use reverse thrust. So why isn't it available when landing?

You don’t use reverse thrust in the air. Proper landing technique for an A320 is to be at about 140 knots on short final, full flaps. Once you land, apply full spoilers, and hit the reversers until about 60 knots, then use wheel brakes.
