KC 10 source of barometric pressure from the local weather and where to add in the cockpit instrument panel

Question

In the KC 10 I cannot find the local, current barometric pressure and how to use the BP dial to enter the data.  Also, the plane wobbles in chase view and the boom cannot be retracted in flight.
