Auto Zoom when flying in X-Plane 11

Question

Hi Guy's.

Running X-Plane 11, just bought it so I'm new.

Doing the flight school, and after a bout two minutes, the sim automatically zooms in and flickers, If I try and zoom out again, it just zooms in again.

Running on a G-Force 1080 graphics card, with latest drivers.

Can you help please.

Usually the tutorials grab your view to try to point something out. Is there an instruction or tip you missed that it's trying to force you to do before it can move on?
