problem loading demo

Question

when downloading for the first time the demo stops and tells me to reload or update my video driver. I updated my drivers and no change. what do I do? I really want to update from my old flight sim x...

What is your graphics card? Is the driver the latest one?

Depending on what GPU you have, Nvidia you hit clean install but for AMD, I'm not sure.

Does your computer & video card meet the minimum requirements for X-Plane 10?
