I have managed to install X Plane 11  on my computer, however something went wrong when I tried to in            stall the free scenery on disk 9, the 3 airports and all my scenery disappeared. After this I tried a reinstall but it will not take info from disk 1, all of it anyway. Have I not cleaned all the previous info from 1st install? Just a small update to this question the disk no 1 thinks I am installing from the demo version. I have never had the demo version. I cannot get out of this loop. Please help!

Unless you have added plugins or tampered with the default files in some other way, you should never need to delete X-Plane and re-install it. You can add or remove scenery at any time by running the installer and picking the "add or remove scenery" option. If you are missing any default files, you can put disc 1 in the drive and pick the "update" option to restore default files.

Please double check that you have the correct discs in the drive. If disc 1 is in the drive, it should automatically signal the installer that you have purchased X-Plane and do not need the demo. For step by step help on installing with DVDs, see this section of the manual.

Thank you. The reason I was confused is that it acted differently from the first time I loaded it. For instance it did not give me a choice between C or D drive.
