Xplane 11 wont start, Just an error message... any ideas?

Log.txt is attached, as soon as i click on start xplane 11 on the steam Interface there is just a black Screen which goes away after a second and come back on with an error message ... xp11 is always crashing because of open al says the log file... but how can i fix it?

First please try updating to the latest version. 11.02 is now final and may include bug fixes that could help.

I just did that and also updated my Driver for the gtx1060, but still the same Problem...

Does the auto crash report box come up? If it does, be sure to fill it out and send it in. I can try to look up the crash log by the email in the report. Or you can see if there are crash report files in the X-Plane root folder in Output > Crash reports.
