Permission denied.

There was a problem updating X-plane. Permission denied.

It says: Perhaps you do not have access to a directory or file system.

Can you help me about this trouble?

Hi,

Can you include your X-plane 11/log.txt?

It is strongly recommended by Laminar Research to install X-plane on the desktop to avoid permission problems.

If relevant, you can simply cut/paste the whole installation folder on the desktop or any other place with no permission issue.
