You need to properly install X-Plane with all the continents that you are planning to fly to. Also be aware that most airports in X-Plane have no buildings so far - there is a community-source driven effort underway to fix that.
If you found your way here, you can certainly find the manual for X-Plane and follow the correct procedures to install it. It is actually as straightforward as putting the disks into the drive when it prompts you for them.
