Exchange Xplane 11 DVD vs Download

Question

Since the DVD Version is really a pain, regarding installation and also flying later on (having to keep DVD 1 in the DVD drive) My question would be, Can I return the DVD Version and get the key for the download version? Or is there another option other than USB dongle etc? Thanks for an Info.

Hi, there is no USB dungle for X-plane 11 (except for the professional licence).

This request has to be made directly to the customer service at [email protected].

Another option if you don't want to have to insert dvd1 is to create an iso image of this dvd and mount it on a vertual drive.
