I bought xplane 11 last year and though I still have my program, i lost my registry when my main disk crashed.

I have sent an email to info@x-plane.com, with all my data, i have not heard back or even confirmation of my request....

Why would you delete your serial from your email box... Have you search for it in your inbox? Subject: Your X-Plane Purchase (Order ......................

and the email was from this address  uc.order@ultracart.com

It is tied to your steam account, you don't a serial. But if you're in a minority who bought it from laminar store the only way is to contact them and try to explain everything. It's simple, they either could just re-send the key to you or  deactivate the old key and give you a new one.
