V1, V2, Retard with default 737?

Question

okay, still new and been flying the default 737 in xplane11.  After watching many of YouTube videos i realized that many of them fly a modified version of the 737.

Is there a way to add V1, V2, Retard announcements to the default 737?  Is that a plug in?  Mine will announce 1000, 500, 100 but not approaching minimums or retard.  

Lastly, FMC missing many of the function of such as init/pref.. is this another plug in or i have to get a different plane?
