Since 11.10 beta and r2, no more puffs on touchdown

Question

When the wheels touch the ground, before there was smoke. Now there's nothing.

I removed all the mods and tweaks, applied the update that reinstalled all default XP files and the problem is the same.

Confirmation from other users. No more puff smoke on 11.10 on touchdown.
