Where do I find XPLM.DLL?

I have found XPLM_64.DLL (the 64 bit version) under /resources/plugins, but it won't work with my 32-bit compiler.

For X-Plane 10 you can find XPLM.dll in Resources\plugins folder. For X-Plane 11 there is only XPLM_64.dll library.
