How do I get the taxi car to reverse me back when I just start off? And what more can I Do with taxiing.

Just wanted to know how I taxi with a plane in an airport when I start off at the terminal. Reversing in other words.

As i've seen other videos where people can reverse with that large car that helps it.

I play on PC and would really appreciate some help!

Under the flight menu, the last option is "show ground handling window." You can use that or assign a key or joystick button to the operation. Just search for "push back" to see the 4 options.

How do I get back to the rudder being controlled with my mouse by clicking the box in the middle?

The box is only used when you do not have a USB device plugged in that has assignments for roll/pitch and / or yaw. It is mouse-only flying.
