Question

When I fly my 737 the program always crashes in the middle of the flight, the window just disappears,  (no decrease in fps before crashing), it does not even pop up a "program crash window"

Does your computer meet the specifications found at https://www.x-plane.com/kb/x-plane-11-system-requirements/ ?  What are your specifications?

You should attach the Log.txt file for others with a greater knowledge base than me can try and solve your problem.  This file is generated immediately after a crash or shut down.

You haven't indicated whether whether you are running a laptop or PC. 

My first reaction is that your system is creating a lot of heat, as normal, in either the CPU or GPU and crashes unannounced , as you have indicated, because you don't have adequate cooling.
