Since the xplane goal is to have every airport correct, You can generally get all you want to know from  http://Airnav.com or http://Apxp.info.

get flt plan go then you can also have a moving mapp with sectionals and many other features and its easy to connect it to xplane

go to the app store or google play store

download flt plan go

launch it

launch xplane

on xplane go to setting and click network and brodcast xplane to ipad

open flt plan go and click on simulator and itll conect to xplane
