Beta wont install on Steam even after selecting it in the properties

Question

Look at the images above, after selecting in the properties in steam for X-PLANE for beta 11.30 it doesn't install, i verified the game files already like 3 times so that doesn't help. I don't want to reinstall so please help me.

Hi Sandro,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer using the official Laminar Research version of X-Plane.

Steam is a 3rd party hybrid that does not mix with the official x-plane version from Laminar Research.  Take your problem to the steam forum.

Bottom line is if you want to trial the Beta version then dump and delete the steam version and purchase the official and original Laminar Research version of X-plane.
