bought planes on x plane 10 on iOS and after buying them it said I didn’t buy them.

Question

I put in my Apple ID pasword about three times to try to get a plane on x plane 10 on iOS and I hit restore purchases in settings and when back but nothing happened. It didn’t tell me to put my pasword in when trying to restore purchases.
