I messed up my screen configuration when trying to use 2 monitors, now I can only get a tiny image to small

I was trying to setup two monitors, the second one is a minature 3x2" screen,  I somehow got it configured so I can only see 1 screen and it is too small to read or try to change the settings back.  How do I restore it back?

Try moving the file “X-Plane 11\Output\preferences\X-Plane Window Positions.prf” to some other folder.  The “missing” preference file should force X-Plane back to a default screen.
