Weather download problem

Hello everyone.

I've read a lot of threads on this problem but no one worked for me.

As usual it goes before to 50% than it says it's failed.

I've tried to update etc etc but nothing.

Here’s another 11.3 user looking for a fix to the real time weather download problem. Also, anybody having difficulties dealing with atc? Seems like same voice at both ends. Confusing. Also pretty unrealistc sounding. FSX did/does a far superior rendition.
