I have been using Oculus rift for some time happily on Condor V2 (the gliding platform), and have now decided to have a go with Xplane 11. I get as far as sitting in the cockpit with the engine running, but no matter what I do I am sitting facing the wrong way. (usually sideways looking out of the pilot's window)

I know my sensors are set up right because I have no problems in Condor. can anybody explain to me how to get to be able to look forwards towards where my controls and rudder pedals are?

I can see that I did the right thing opting for VR but its hard flying a Cessna when you are looking the wrong way!

While sitting normally in your chair, looking forward, using your left controller that came with the Rift, click the X button. This should reset your pilot view.

I hope this helps,

Kind regards.
