Hi jsantos125,

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.

The final version of X-Plane 10 before the version change to X-Plane 11 is XP10.52.  Are you running this version?

Please attach your "log.txt" file so that others with a greater knowledge base than me may be able to assist in solving your problem.  This file will indicate what graphics card you are using and what speed your CPU is running at and what your operating system is. 

Are you running your system as "administrator" when running X-Plane?  Although you have a new PC have you updated the drivers, particularly the graphics card (GPU)?

In reading your original question you indicated that you have attached the log.txt file.  From what I see of your original question there is no evidence the file is attached.

To attach the file, follow the information supplied by Greengolfer15 in his powerpoint presentation which can be found at http://questions.x-plane.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=17830136656522860642

You need to ensure you do not attach the installer log.txt file.
