Bonjour

ma clé a été désactivé, je ne sais pas pourquoi et info.xplane ne répond pas,

j'ai simplement changer ordinateur, c'est l'adresse IP?

Hi ricautjf,

I am not from Laminar Research (X-Plane); just a flight simmer from downunder.

If you have installed X-Plane correctly and have a legal copy then you should not have any problems.

I cannot see your IP address.  It is not showing or attached and is not required.

My assumption is you have purchased a digital download version of the software and are not running a disc version.

Where did you or from whom did you purchase x-plane?

If your version is a steam version then you need to make direct contact with the seller or steam.  The steam version is a 3rd party hybrid which is different to the Laminar Research version.  I will not go into the reasons why you should not purchase steam.

If you purchased your version from a company called G2A then others like you have had their copy shut down because the product key has been duplicated and conflicts with another version of X-Plane located elsewhere.    Some of these unknowing buyers have been lucky in getting a refund.  You need to make contact with the seller which is not Laminar.

If you have purchased an original and official version of X-Plane from Laminar Research then you can install the software on as many PCs as you wish,  BUT, you can only run one copy at any one time and you have to be connected to the internet at all times.  If you don't then what happens is what you are experiencing.  When running X-Plane and not connected to the internet at all times you will repeatedly experience your current problem.

X-Plane does a "silent" check at any time while using X-Plane to ensure you are running a single legal copy of the software at any one time.   If X-Plane finds more than one copy of x-plane open at any one time or cannot access your copy to verify the product key your software will shutdown and ask you to reinstate your product key.

If you are running more than one copy at the one time and need to do so then you have to purchase another copy.

Now, if you are connected to the internet and running only one copy at any one time then contact Laminar at [email protected] as an alternative to [email protected] In doing so you will need to provided details of your purchase including the email address you used at the time of purchase.  You will then be sent a new product key or advised of what your key should be.
