Airfields in panc area are without buildings although listed as 3D. Aircraft, runways, etc are there. For instance, pagq is indicated as 3D and shows numberous parking spots - no buildings. PAWS the same but redownloaded paws scenery from Gateway Scenery map (said it was already included in my xp11.34 but downloaded anyway). Xplane now indicates it is a 'gravel strip'. However, it now loads a full 3D field with a hard runway and all facilities. Downloads for other airports in the area don't seem available anymore or I would have tried others. Global airports in my scenery pack is below all other airports. PAUO, PAAQ, PABV also no buildings. PATK and PANC are OK! Copy of scenery pack file follows:
