I've been learning programming as a hobby for the past year, starting with K&R C and moving onto other Beginner/Intermediate level books about the language. I want to understand the X-plane SDK and how plugins are made. The problem is, even looking at documentation, it's all still way over my head, with topics such as dll's and callbacks being completely new to me. What are some good books/resources that could give me the foundation to understand the SDK?
