exchange plane 10 with 11

can I exchange xplane 11 with plane 10?

i have just purchased the 11 but it doesn't works well. I'll like to exchange

Hi Tito81,

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.

You need to ask you question directly with the business you purchased from.  You haven't stated what you purchased ie disc or digital download and who you purchased from.

If your purchase was directly with Laminar Research then you should ask your question directly at [email protected] providing full details of the transaction.

If somebody else then "wish upon a star".
