I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.
Unfortunately you have raised your problem in the wrong area. Your problem concerns a private transaction between Laminar and yourself. This forum is for flight simmers running X-Plane and does not get involved with a common problem like your. You won't get a publically broadcast solution here.
You need to make direct contact with Laminar at [email protected] or better still with i[email protected] In doing so you need to set out full details of your problem also provide details of your date of transaction including method of payment, email address provided at the time of purchase and the email address you now want to use and any receipt numbers etc.
