plugin not working

Question

downloaded scenic flyer plugin and according to instructions unzipped the file and placed it in plugins.  it stated the plugin would add view options to assign buttons to use the plugin but i don't see them in the view options.  

Do have any suggestions on how to get the plug in to work.  In the plugin administration is show the plugin enabled and when I go to the chase view the panel should show up.

If it doesn't work at all but in your files it says that is installed the if you go bace to where you would download it (possibly x-plane.org) and it might not work for your pc. Other wise I'm not too sure.
