Just bought but will not open

Mac installation. Flew demo. Bought online. Instructions are to push "continue" but button is grayed out! Re downloaded, now wants me to buy it again. No!

How do I open the purchased version?

Please move any existing installs of X-Plane to the trash (or recycle bin on Windows). Download a copy of the latest installer from X-Plane.com and launch it.

Then follow the instructions in this section of the manual starting at number 3.
